April 5, 2024: This week, Cactus Jack, the official brand of multi-platinum, diamond certified recording artist and style icon Travis Scott, launched its first ever collegiate-inspired apparel collection. The “Jack Goes Back to College: Utopia University” collection saw its launch at the University of Texas where Travis Scott stopped by for a surprise visit to the Texas Longhorns football team showcasing the Longhorns-themed Cactus Jack apparel. That same night, Travis Scott and Michael Rubin greeted thousands of college students on LSU’s campus, also joined by NCAA women’s basketball national champion Angel Reese and Heisman Trophy winner Jayden Daniels to celebrate the limited-edition collection launch.
The next stop on the 28-campus tour was Los Angeles’ USC, home of #1 ranked high school player and 5-star quarter back Julian Lewis, seen sporting the latest Cactus Jack x USC apparel, available now via CACTUSJACK.WORLD. American college basketball player for the USC Trojans, and two-time FIBA Gold Medal winner and national high school player of the year JuJu Watkins joined Scott on campus, where students lined around the building for hours ahead of the official opening, same as they had in Louisiana and Texas, further affirming Scott’s unwavering impact in sport, fashion, and popular culture.
