About Cam’Ron:
Cam’ron embodies the famous Frank Sinatra line “If you can make it in New York, you can make it anywhere”. The Harlem native played basketball alongside fellow rapper Mase in grade school, attended college, and has on-screen film credits for Paid In Full and Killa Season. However, his path to greatness has always been defined through rap.  After gaining support from The Notorious B.I.G. and working with the likes of Big L, Cam’ron gained his first gold-certified hit with his 1998 album Confessions of Fire. He followed the success of his debut album with two highly successful singles: the Grammy-nominated single Oh Boy, and the more pop-friendly single Hey Ma. All of his solo albums have debuted within the top 20 of the Billboard Top 200. The success of his musical career is also supplemented by the popularity of a group he co-founded with Jim Jones, The Diplomats. Fellow diplomat Juelz Santana was on the Grammy-nominated hit Oh Boy and the group’s album Diplomatic Immunity was a number one hip-hop album on Billboard back in 2003.
